totally It’s also great for kids. Our house is in a private, gated community with a full-time guard. the roads are paved, there’s little traffic, and it’s full of friendly families and people living life to the fullest!

we have high-speed internet in every room and there's a ton of quiet areas to get work done should you need to while here on vacation
➤ anything else i should know?
while the house has heating, it doesn’t have ac, as the ocean breeze and mild southern california weather keep things comfortable, with fans available if you prefer extra cooling.

st Malo 65 is a family home that my grandmother built back in the '70s, and it’s a place very dear to my heart. The energy here can’t be matched outside the gates. We’re so privileged to be able to share our family’s little slice of paradise with people like you and hope that you feel at home, create lifelong memories, and know that we’ll be here for you at all times to ensure it.
